Yolande Barnes’ career began in commercial property research until she joined Savills Mixed Use team in 1989 and created the first residential research department in the industry. Her focus now is on global research and consulting, covering all sectors and many cities. She is a regular public speaker and appears in national and international newspapers, TV and radio.
