Freddie brings with him a unique and varied skillset stemming from 30 years in both the private sector and in government. He has worked in technology with Andersen Consulting and Siemens-Nixdorf; in finance with Citibank and he also served as Vice President for Business Development at the Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation, the Philippine’s largest urban development project.
